ご契約までの流れ

Here we explain the steps to go through before you move into your new apt.

 1.Sending inquiry and arrange room visit

If you find a room that you like, use the inquiry form or call us to check the availability. If it's vacant, make an appointment to see the room.

 2.Submitting application

Once you decide on the room you want to apply for, fill out an applciation with necessary information.
Until we receive your application, we cannot reserve the room for you.

 3.Screening

We will varify your enrollment.

 4.Approval

Once we comfirm your enrollment with the university, we will contact you to discuss on the move-in date and contract signing date. Meanwhile, please prepare the required documents.

 5.Receiving the documents

We will provide you with the following documents.

 6.Depositing the initial payment

Please deposit the initial payment to a specified account.

 7.Signing a contract

Now you can move into the apartment.
Please make sure you follow the rules for seperating garbage.
